Privacy
This site has no cookies, analytics, advertising or forms, and loads nothing from other services.
- E-mail. If you write to me, I receive your address and whatever your message contains, and use them only to reply and to continue our conversation. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where you ask about working together, steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep messages only as long as the conversation needs them and then delete them. They are stored by my e-mail provider, Seznam.cz, a.s. (email.cz).
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the details of each request your browser makes. It does this on my behalf under its data processing addendum. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer of this data to the United States. Cloudflare shows me statistics about the site's traffic, and these can include IP addresses.
- Your language. When you choose a language with the en / cz switch, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage so that the site opens in that language next time. It never leaves your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
- Your rights. You can ask me for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing and its portability, and you can object to its processing. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
